We are looking for a roommate to replace our third roommate, who is moving out this summer. We live in a four-bedroom house in residential Menlo Park, walking distance from Menlo Park downtown (including a Trader Joe’s and many shops), and a 10 to 15 minute bike to campus. You would have a large room (photo attached) and a bathroom shared with one other person. Roomy common spaces and kitchen (2 fridges so plenty of space). Rent would be $1300 per month, not including cable, internet, and electricity.

Your roommates would be a Stanford PhD student (female) and professional who works at Stanford (male). We've both lived here 2010/2011 and really love the location and neighborhood. We’re looking for someone who values neatness and quiet; we’re both pretty friendly, but we lead very busy work and social lives, so the house itself is pretty calm. We are interested in someone who can stay at least one year and would move in sometime during June or August. No pets or couples, please!
