Looking to sublease for part for one month

Rent includes all utilities, and access to free washer/dryer.

I am not sure if my apartment mate will be here. In reality he does not sleep here, and just come every day 30 minutes in the mornings

I would like to keep the apartment tidy and fairly clean - hope you do as well :-)

You can use my bike, and the bedroom is fully furnished (TV and DVD included)
Despite I will be paying 875 per month, the rent will be just 700

Must be a current, non-undergrad Stanford affiliate
