I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2BD/2BR apartment (area = 1000 square feet) near Stanford on Alma Street (immediate move-in available). PLEASE read the entire post to make sure it’s a mutual fit!

A. THE ROOM:
I am happy to offer you the bigger (master room) which has an attached bathroom and closet

B. THE HOUSE:
The house is furnished, except for the master bedroom. There is a small patio outside and the house opens to a heated swimming pool. The apartment complex has free gym and 24*7 maintenance (photos here: https://www.stanfordvilla.com/Gallery.aspx)

C. THE ECONOMICS:
$1,762/person or BR, House rent total for both bedrooms is $3525/month, utilities ($100 - $150), to be split equally.

D. DEAL-BREAKERS:
Unfortunately no pets or smoking allowed on the property

E. LOCATION:
16 mins bike ride from Stanford
9 mins bike ride to Cal Ave Caltrain Station
Life-saving Grocery Outlet is a few steps away!

F. THE ROOMMATE:
I graduated from Stanford GSB in June 2019 and I am currently working as a Product Manager at a health-tech start-up. I am a vegetarian and quite flexible in general. :)
