I'm subletting my furnished bedroom with attached bathroom in a Munger 4BR/4.5BA apartment (bedroom includes a great view, bed, desk, ergonomic chair, lamps, bookshelf, large closet, and drawer space). I also have the largest bedroom in the apartment and it has tons of natural light.

The rest of the apartment is furnished as well. It has a fully set-up kitchen with pots, pans, silverware and dishwasher. The common room includes a dinner table, couch, chairs, coffee table, and lamps. Laundry is free in the building, and parking is available in a garage right next door (permit needed). Central AC, internet, and all utilities included.

Dates: August 15 to mid-September (exact dates flexible)
Rent: $1300/month
