Our housemate is moving out due to work changes, so we have an opening in our 3b2ba house rental in a quiet neighborhood in Redwood City. Your rent would be $1200/month. Our house utilities total $100-$150/month, split three ways.

THE ROOM AND HOUSE
The bedroom is approximately 130-150 sq. ft. and includes a spacious walk-in closet and ample light. See attachment #1.
You would share a private bathroom that has two sinks and a tub/shower. This bathroom would be shared with a female housemate. See attachment #2.
The house has an extensive dining area, along with a kitchen with built in cutting board and upgraded appliances. Washer and dryer in-home. We are in a corner lot with a 2 car garage and large carport.
Common areas are furnished with 50-inch widescreen TV, dining table and seating area, and an electric piano that you're welcome to share! See attachment #3.
15 minute walk to Caltrain, Whole Foods, downtown Redwood City; 5 minute walk to Facebook shuttle stop (back in pre-COVID days).

YOUR HOUSEMATES
I'm a responsible software engineer in his early 30s; I live in the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The female housemate, with whom you would share the bathroom, is a former Facebooker and now works in technology investing.

We're looking for:
Professional who is responsible, friendly and respectful of others
Someone who is respectful of others’ time and keeps the noise level down during regular sleeping hours
Generally clean and keeps after him or herself in the shared spaces
Someone who doesn’t bring the party home
Room for only one person (no live-in couples)
