I am leaving for the summer and subletting a room in our Rains 2-bedroom. The room is furnished with a full-sized bed, bedside-table, drawers for clothes, desk, and chair. There will be no personal things remaining in the room (books, clothes, etc) so you'll have all the storage you need. The living room is fully-furnished with an added TV, bookshelves, etc and the kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, etc. The apartment is on the first floor and stays extremely cool during the summers.

I'm charging the standard rate for summer housing as listed on Stanford's website, $2,202, or $1,083/month.
