I have a single room for rent in a Rains Houses four bedroom/two bathroom apartment. My bedroom is fully-furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, desk, and chair. The apartment also has a really spacious living room and kitchen.

The room is available from June 1st through June 18th. For this period, rent is $735 including utilities and free access to the laundry room just across the courtyard.
