Looking for a roommate as my current roommate is moving for business, available starting December 1st.

The place: recently renovated duplex with full kitchen, roomy living room, and nice private courtyard. Located half mile from two shopping centers, 2 miles from downtown MV + Castro street + Caltrain, 1 mile from downtown Los Altos. Rent is very affordable for this area. Utilities/etc. is another ~$100 a month or so. No pets allowed, sadly.

Me: Late 20's engineer working at a renewable energy company, easy going and friendly. Spend lot of my weeknight free time video gaming (quite the nerd) and taking it easy, also enjoy hosting BBQs and the occasional parties on the weekends. Non smoker, enjoys a frequent beer or wine. Also big into outdoors activities.

You: Young professional working in the area, looking for a friendly place to live. Bonus points for enjoying the occasional hangout/party/bbq. Non-smoking. Gender unimportant.
