You get your own private bathroom, 2 walk-in closets, utilities and gigiabit wifi included, washer/dryer upstairs in the house, an entire garage for your car (the other housemates do not drive/do not park inside!), and a beautiful living room and kitchen for cooking and chilling!

Living room and kitchen comes furnished by the landlord, including a huge smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos, and Spotify subscribed! There's also shared cooking items in the house, with plenty of empty cabinet space for your personal stuff too.

The bedroom, closets, and restroom will not be furnished. I am open to selling my bed and table to you if you'd like though.

You'll be getting your own room+bath in a 3br, 3ba condo! There are currently 2 other people living in the house, one in each room. One guy (E) is a working product manager at Lam research, loves to cook steaks at home, and enjoys just chilling and watching amazon prime movies after work. Super clean and super respectful guy. Another girl (J) is currently a postdoc at Stanford doing novel startupy hardware x whale research and is amazing to talk to/pick brains with! She's also very friendly and respectful, and cooks real good food mashups without needing to follow recipes! Overall, you can choose to stay in your room or hang out in the living room. We keep the common area clean so it's ready to be enjoyed at any moment :)

If you're curious about the general vibe of the house, I would say it's very respectful and cordial. Not the college frat house environment or best friends living together vibe but more so of the, "hey, how was your day?", "Hey, I'm going to Napa this weekend, wanna come?", "Hey have you read this book?" , "omg politics", "omg try this chicken I made", "Can I borrow your tent for the weekend" xD

Everyone is busy for the most part and we will do things together as time permits. Watching movies or just talking is fairly common, going to Napa or hiking takes a bit more planning.

• One month security deposit + 1st month rent due at signing
• credit check (a screenshot of your credit score is enough)

• must be clean, no drugs, smoking, loud parties, overnight guests kept to a minimum
• Price for couples: $1600
• Move in April 1st!
