This an upstairs bedroom in a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house in Bernal Heights one block away from the Alemany Farmer's Market grounds. The room itself is about 125 sq. ft. plus a decently sized closet. Huge kitchen/dining room and living room. The place is located right at the confluence of 101 and 280S, with a door-to-door driving time to Stanford of about 55 min during weekday morning traffic and closer to 40 min at off-peak hours. In between Glen Park and Mission 24th St. BART (bus stop to BART 2 blocks away). 20 min bike ride or bus to 22nd St. Caltrain.

Ample street parking as well as access to 2-car garage. Washer/dryer, cool little backyard.

Quick walk to local grocery, restaurants, and chill hangouts on Cortland Ave. and close to Safeway on Mission. And the Alemany Farmer's Market on Saturdays (and Flea Market on Sundays) is badass and could not be more convenient.

You would be sharing the house with two roommates: a lawyer working in Palo Alto (male), and a post-doc at Stanford (female). We are super chill, reasonably quiet individuals. Each of us has our own private bathroom, so you wouldn't have to share the upstairs bathroom with anyone. We prefer a non-smoker. No pets (as in no dogs/cats. Fish and other no-dander caged pets are welcome). And if you were doing the math, the answer is: yes! There is a spare bedroom with futon for guests and such.

Rent does not include utilities, which average around $150/mo. Credit check and proof of income req'd.
