We are looking for a housemate to live in our house from Nov. 1st. Short-term housing (several months) is fine. The house has 3 BR/2 BA. The third bedroom is used as a study/guest room. You would have your own bull bathroom. The house is in Flood Park on Bay Road off Willow (15-20 minute bike ride to campus).

Hardwood floors, washer and dryer in house and a gym! BBQ (charcoal and gas) available for nice cookouts.

We're looking for a friendly person that is clean and responsible.

Rent is $1500/month and includes all utilities/internet.
