Hi - I am a 29 yo male Stanford medical resident looking for a house mate. I have put a deposit down on a 2br 2ba at the Colonnade Los Altos - a Stanford subsidized apartment complex. I have the apartment held until Tuesday afternoon. Amenities include your own bathroom, brand new apt with wood floors/new kitchen, carpet in bedroom, in unit washer/dryer. Complex has large gym, hot tub, roof top oasis, community terrace and lounge room. It is a 3rd floor corner unit with a beautiful large deck and mountain views and from the the living room and (what would be your) bedroom, which also has a walk in closet. I am looking for a clean, fun house mate to live with. I like to run, hike, cook, garden, ski, and play tennis. Dogs are ok. I do not smoke. I am not a neat freak, but like to keep the common areas clean. Rent would be roughly $2100 plus utilities. Pictures attached.
