Hi - I am a 29 yo male Stanford medical resident looking for a house mate. I have put a deposit down on a 2br 2ba at the Colonnade Los Altos - a Stanford subsidized luxury apartment complex off El Camino in close proximity to Stanford, Palo Alto, and Mountain view tech companies. I have the apartment held until Thursday afternoon so hoping to find someone soon. You would have your own bedroom with walk in closet, private bathroom, and shared living space and deck. I have furniture for the living room already but we could incorporate yours if you have some. There are wood floors throughout the living spaces and carpet in the bedroom. The complex has a large gym, hot tub, roof top, community terrace and club room with billiards and a latte machine. It is a 3rd floor corner unit with a beautiful large deck and mountain views. I am looking for a clean, fun house mate to live with. We don't have to be best friends but it would be nice to be able to hang out around the apartment. In my free time I like to hike, run, bike, ski, garden, cook, and play tennis. Bonus points if you have a cool dog or cat who acts like a dog. The complex is non-soling only.
