I'm living in a great two-story 4-bedroom, 3 full-bathroom house in Menlo Park at an absolutely fantastic deal (currently $6,500/mo total), and need to make a new lease to start July 28th. I have one room left to be filled up so we can sign the lease. It's already fully furnished from my current roommates, and we have central heating/cooling, gas stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a garage and two parking spots, and a grill. We're just down the street from Safeway, situated near a few public parks, and near a bike bridge to campus.
