I am subletting my room in a two-story apartment in Escondido Village graduate housing. Move-in date is flexible, preferred on or around July 25, move-out date - August 14.
The apartment is very nice and well-maintained. Common areas (living room and kitchen+dining room) on the lower floor, bedrooms and bathroom on the upper level. Fully furnished, with all sorts of kitchen appliances. Your roommate will be a female Stanford student. Laundry facility is right next door. Campus is a 5 minute bike-ride away, or a 15 minute walk; California Avenue restaurants and shopping are just 5-10 minutes away on a bike.
Rent is $220 per week, or $650 for the whole period between July 25-August 14.
