Hello! I am looking for someone to take the other room in my 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment.

LOCATION:
The apartment complex is conveniently located right across the street (1 block) from the Millbrae BART and Caltrain station. It is also walking distance from Broadway Street, which is the center of Millbrae with a plethora of restaurants and stores. The complex also contains a fitness room (cardio machines and weights) and a sauna.

The apartment is very modern and almost brand new with granite countertops, new kitchen appliances, gas stove, hardwood floors, in-unit washer and dryer, central air/heating, plenty of overhead lighting and outlets windows and a small balcony overlooking a mountain side. There is an in-unit washing and drying machine.
Shared spaces: Kitchen, Living Room and Laundry Room.

BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE BATH:
The room itself is fairly large with a sliding walk-in closet with mirror and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a full shower/tub. The bedroom dimensions are 11’x12’ without counting the attached bathroom and closet, so total area (bedroom + bath) easily over 180 square ft.

ABOUT MYSELF:
I'm a full time professional male, early-30s, with a job in the city. I am easy going, respectful, quiet and clean during the week and often out during the weekends.

LOOKING FOR:
I prefer someone mature who enjoys a clean and quiet living environment. NO drugs, NO pets, and NO smoking please.

RENT INFORMATION:
Rent is $1475 a month. Electricity, water, gas and internet are included in the rent. Move in available at the beginning of June or soon thereafter.
