Looking for a subletter from mid-June to end of August for $1000/month (wifi, parking, and utilities included). The house is a 10 minute walk to the Palo Alto CalTrain station, a 15 minute walk to Stanford's campus, and half a mile from downtown Palo Alto. Trader Joes, Wholefoods, and Safeway nearby. Subletter will also have access to large backyard with hammock, BBQ, firepit, and garden. The house also has extra bikes that tenants are free to use if needed.
