One room in our quiet three bedroom apartment is available NOW for sublet! The current least ends June 30 with an option to renew!

You will have two female roommates, one a post-doc at the Stanford School of Medicine and the other a computer science masters student at Stanford who has a job lined up at Facebook when she graduates this summer. We are quiet and kind, we like to cook breakfast and dinner in the kitchen. We are looking for a roommate who is similarly kind and quiet during sleeping hours (11p-7a during the week). We sometimes each have 1 or 2 guests over, and just give each other plenty of notice when we do. We are very open to you having your friends, family, or colleagues over to our place!

You can move in immediately to a bedroom with a bed and mattress (or we can remove those!). The room has its own medium-to-large size closet. You will share a bathroom with one roommate who is incredibly clean and respectful. We have a large living room with two couches and a TV. Our only bills are high speed internet and electric/utilities that cost about $80 each per month. Our kitchen is quite spacious with plenty of cabinet space and two ovens. We share a brand new fridge. Our apartment is situated on the ground floor with minimal east and west facing windows, so it stays very cool during hot days. Your room has a lockable window with a screen. We have a central heater for the cool nights and winter.

We are in Palo Alto a 2 minute walk from California Ave and the California Ave Caltrain station. There is a bike rack on site and parking for 1 car available for free. We have a storage closet that can fit anything you need to store, as well as 2 large hall closets. There is a private coin-operated laundry room on site that we only share with 2 other small apartments. The neighborhood is residential, safe, and quiet. Sorry - no pets.
