I am looking for someone to sublease a room in a house on the Stanford Golf Course! Move in is around August 15th and the lease goes until end of June 2027. This is an adorable 6-bedroom house on the Stanford Golf course with a full garage, in-unit washer/dryer, cute and well-decorated kitchen/living room area, fenced backyard with lots of plants, a grill and a fire pit, and five friendly roommates: current MD and PhD students or recent PhD grads. We are a 7-minute bike ride from LKSC (near the intersection of Junipero Serra and Alpine Rd), and have plentiful free street and driveway parking if you have a car. Optimal location near 280 makes commuting to non-Stanford clerkship sites a breeze. The current housemates are friendly, value community tremendously, and make time to enjoy house events together (wine tasting, movie nights, backyard BBQs, etc.). Lease can be extended beyond 2027 if needed.

This room is very spacious and has a view directly to the yard and the golf course, with ample storage space. It will come fully furnished. Rent for this room is $2000/month + utilities (~$50-$100).
