Hi all! We have a spacious master bedroom in a house in a well-located, residential part of Palo Alto. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtubs (2 people per bathroom). Three bedrooms are currently occupied by 2 male Stanford grads and 1 female Tesla intern. Most of us are former and current startup founders from YC and other programs (a social app startup + AI infrastructure startup and self-driving startup that were acquired). Our housemate is moving back to LA, so his room is available immediately and we're flexible with move-in date.
There's a fully equipped kitchen (stove, chimney, dishwasher, microwave, utensils), a living/drawing room (with TV, sofa, whiteboard), a laundry room inside the house, and a large backyard with a BBQ grill, orange tree, lemon tree and many cooking herbs.
Option for the bedroom to be unfurnished or furnished with a bed, closet, desk, office chair.
The house is a 20 min bike ride from Stanford and the Town and Country Village, 13 min biking to Cal Ave Caltrain station, 2 min biking to YMCA (gym, swimming pool, yoga), 13 min biking to Zareen's, 7 min to Safeway, and close to several grocery/shopping places.
Monthly rent: $1450
Parking available in the house and plenty of outside parking
