I have an unfurnished room available immediately in a 3 bedroom/1 bath house next to Stanford Campus in College Terrace.

The house is small, pretty basic, and unrenovated since being built in the 1950s, but it is literally 250 ft from the edge of campus.

Room size is 11.5 x 9.75'. It faces south, so it gets some good light at times, but there are lots of trees around, so it's relatively dark.

You'd be living with me, a male in his late 40s, along with my 6 year old daughter, who is over 3-4 nights per week, and with schools closed will be over lots during the day as well.

I have been pretty vigilant about hand washing, so I have a relatively low risk of having the novel corona virus, but that's all relative. No guarantees! I would expect you to be also vigilant about hand hygiene, sanitiizing surfaces, and social distancing.
