My room is available for a year+ lease starting June 1. You'd be subletting from me from June 1-August 1, then sign a one-year lease on August 1 (or earlier). The room could come unfurnished or partially furnished (bed/mattress/a set of drawers/desk).

The house is located in Palo Alto, close to the border with Mountain View. (About a 15 minute drive from Stanford & 10 minute bike ride to Google if either of those options are relevant for you.) Walking distance to a grocery store. The room opens up onto a back patio and is really large.

You'd be sharing the house with 5 lovely roommates in their mid 20s. The house is split into a "girls" and "guys" wing -- there are 3 girls bedrooms that share a bathroom on one end, a center area with an open kitchen/dining room and a living room, then a guys wing with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are two patios, a bbq, and a beer fridge if you're into that.

Everyone has been living in the house for 1-3 years and gets along really well. We all have our own lives but also hang out/invite each other out. I would say everyone is easygoing and a bit nerdy. The house is generally pretty quiet, but we each like to have our friends over.

Looking for:
-Preferably a female, as you'd be sharing a bathroom with 2 ladies
-Someone easygoing, clean, kind and friendly!
-Preferably someone in their mid/late 20s
