I am renting out my room in a 2 bedroom in Sharon Heights. The apartment is very conveniently located for anybody studying / working at Stanford or in Palo Alto. The apartment is shared with a female PhD student at U Palo Alto and her small, friendly dog. The residence is very upscale with lots of facilities (gym, pool, etc).

I would be transferring my share of the lease ending August 10 to you.
