One bedroom is available for renting in a 3BR/2.5Bath apartment in a really nice sunnyvale apt complex. The rent is $1000 + utilities, PG&E & internet. You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person. The security deposit is $500 (refundable). The room is available for immediate move-in. If interested, the furniture in bedroom (bed, mattress, dresser, study desk) is available for separate purchase or for lease.

The living room is furnished with sofas, coffee table, TV, xbox, and dining table. Kitchen is furnished with stove, fridge, microwave, oven & dishwasher. Laundry and Dryer machines are available inside the apartment.

You will be sharing the apartment with 2 Stanford alumni who have been working in the bay area for more than 2 years. The location is great with plenty of parking inside the complex (you would not need to go for street parking) and is extremely close to Lawrence Caltrain station.
