I’m looking for someone to sublease starting Oct 1 (date flexible and earlier is possible), month-to-month. You'd have a private, furnished bedroom and share the bathroom (2 sinks!) with a housemate. He doesn’t cook, so the kitchen’s yours!

The room includes a mattress with sheets and comforter (if you want), a really nice, large desk and a chair, an extra standing lamp, and a big window for great natural lighting and a wonderful afternoon breeze. The closet is very spacious. In the kitchen, lots of cooking ware is already provided, from pots to pans to rice cookers to utensils.

Your housemate would be a really nice, respectful guy in his 20’s working at Addepar. He is great about keeping to himself if that’s what you prefer but is also really fun to talk to if you’re open to socializing. He’s usually home late on weekdays and so the place is pretty much yours until around midnight.

Location: 12 min drive to Stanford, 6 min to Castro St. and Caltrain, 1 mi to Safeway and Walgreens and only 1.5 to Walmart and Target. The block is quiet with lots of street parking and a private spot in the complex.

Rent: $1000/mo, plus ~$50 total for utilities. Flexible month-to-month! Available Oct 1, earlier/later is possible.
