I'm looking to sublet 1 room in a 2 bedroom apartment for 30 days starting early October. It will come fully furnished. The location is also ridiculously convenient (10-min bike ride and walking distance to the Caltrain, free Stanford shuttle, and many shops. You absolutely do not need a car to live here.
The rate is $1000 for the month, and negotiable if you need to stay for a shorter time (2 weeks min).

Female preferred. Perfect for visiting scholars or as a bridge to find a more permanent place.

I'm also asking for a $250 cleaning deposit which is refundable as long as nothing is broken or damaged during your stay.
