We have one room opening up in our awesome 4-bedroom/2-bath apartment beginning November 1st. Sorry no pets.

We are on Capp St. between 23rd and 24th. The location is ideal: safe, hip area, steps from BART and close to the Mission nightlife and great Mexican food. The apartment has a backyard with small garden, lemon tree, and a large storage shed.

Since we're 2 guys and 1 girl, we'd prefer another girl to maintain a 50/50 gender balance, if possible.

About the Room:
Very large room with lots of natural light, small balcony for plants if you so desire, a private bathroom, away from the street, hardwood floors, two closets. $1,000 / month

The bedrooms in the apartment all open onto a large central living room/kitchen/dining area.

The Roommates :

23 year old male, works downtown, enjoys running and biking, hiking, dancing, photography, beer and beef.

23 year old female, Stanford grad, who enjoys cooking, ballroom dancing, nature walks, friends, and noodle soups.

24 year old male, enjoys cycling, cooking, fancy foods, exploring the city, wine, meeting new people, and early morning sunrises.

Street parking is fairly easy (you'll rarely spend more than 10 minutes looking for a spot if you have a permit) and the laundromat is a block and a half away.

Our lease is on a month-to-month basis, but we are looking for someone who would like to stay a while.
