Shared master bedroom in a newly renovated 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house in Palo Alto is available to rent, for $1000 per month. Room will be shared with another female.

The house is perfectly located:

• 7 minute bike/car ride to University Avenue in Downtown Palo Alto
• 15 minute bike/car ride to Stanford
• 3 minute drive from closest US101 exit
• 10 minute bike ride from Facebook Menlo Park Campus

Bedroom is enormous, around 300 square feet, comes with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. Bedroom looks out to the backyard lined with redwood trees.

We are young Stanford-affiliated professionals and researchers, students working in geology, renewable energy and education. We like to cook during the weekdays and hang out around the dinner table. On the weekends, we like enjoying the beautiful outdoors that the bay area has to offer, whether that means hiking, biking or surfing.

The house has large common spaces, and comes with front and back yard. In terms of amenities, there is an in-house washer/dryer and a basement for storage. Living room has wooden floors, tall ceilings. Open kitchen with a dining area and alcove. Backyard features a large deck and some beautiful redwoods. Utilities and internet will be shared on top of the rent. Included in the rent is an off-street parking space (located in front of the unit). Unfortunately, no pets are allowed (by rental agreement).
