Room available for rent in the Meadow Park neighborhood of Palo Alto starting July 1 (with flexibility, if needed) in a 5-bedroom house with pool, in a sunny neighborhood within close walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants. The room has a small closet and can fit a queen sized bed and dresser. The house is about 5 miles away from Stanford and a 10 minute drive to downtown Palo Alto.

About us: We are a group of young professionals in our mid 20's/ early 30s, (3 guys and 1 girl). Most of us work in tech and one is doing his post-doc at Stanford. We get together for the occasional round of board games, TV shows, and happy hours in Palo Alto or Mountain View. We are fun and social, but also like doing our own thing too! We are respectful and keep common spaces clean (we also have a housecleaner 1x/month).

About you: A nice, fun, respectful individual, professional or academic, preferably in your 20's/30s. Clean, respectful, friendly, and, at a minimum, occasionally fun! If you are actually two (a couple), the rent will be an extra $240/month.

$1010 Room Rent, due the 25th of each month for the next month's rent
$800 deposit
Utilities are around $100/mo each
Currently on month-to-month lease with the landlord, but folks have been renting on the same lease for around 6 to 8 years. Prefer folks that are looking to stay for a year or more.
No pets (up to the landlord unfortunately!)
