we are three young professionals/Stanford students in their late
twenties. We have one bedroom with a shared bathroom in a fully
furnished house available from August 1st to Oct 1st
The 2 bathroom/3 bedroom house is located 5 minutes away from Palo
Altodowntown (University Ave) and very close to 101 (but no street
noise).
Rent is $1050 und includes:

• huge Master Bedroom
• Shared bathroom (with option to have it as your own)
• Living room with fire place, lamps, chest of drawer, tables,
  chairs, sofas
• Stocked kitchen
• Remodeled house
• plenty of storage space in the garage/in the house and your room
• backyard/frontyard with patio and BBQ
• washer/dryer
• $50-$70 for utilities with internet and basic cable

We are looking for

• an easy going young professional or student
• social and outgoing
• you are interested in outdoor activities
• male or female no preference
• we enjoy getting together for dinner, stir fry, etc. from time to
  time
