We are three young professional women seeking a 4th roommate as our friend is moving out of state. We are looking for someone who can commit to at least a year. The house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex near the Stanford campus. The room available is a sitting room converted into a bedroom (please see photos). It currently has one partition wall, but we think the next roommate could add some long curtains for additional privacy. It is actually quite spacious with a large window and half bathroom. As shown in the photos, our current roommate uses the plentiful drawers and cupboards in the hall directly outside the room as her dresser.

Amenities:
-Onsite coin operated laundry
-Back patio (awesome in the summer)
-Street parking (plenty of space). You can buy a yearly parking pass for our neighborhood for a reasonable price if you leave your car frequently during the day
-Water is included, utilities usually come to about $45-100 per person depending on the season
-House is furnished, though the bedroom is not

We all work full time so the house tends to be fairly quiet especially during the week, though we don't mind having guests over as long as the noise is kept at a respectful level. Our neighborhood is very nice, with a lot of families and Stanford people. It is a short walk to California Ave or the Stanford campus and a short drive/bike ride to University Ave. Easy access to both 280 or 101.

We do have a small adorable dog who shares our home, but no other pets are allowed. she is a Yorkie so most people with allergies, should still be fine.

About the roomies:
Roomie 1 works from home doing sales for a large tech company in the area. She owns the pup and enjoys hiking, cooking/baking, and exploring local restaurants and wine bars.
Roomie 2 works at Stanford. A recent transplant from LA, she enjoys biking, yoga and exploring the Bay Area.
Roomie 3 works close by and enjoys travel, both near and far, grabbing a drink around town, Netflix bingeing and going to the gym.

A $1,225 security deposit and a $30 application/credit check fee are required. The room is available for a July 31st move-in date. We are hoping to fill this available room by this date.
