I am looking for someone who can move into my 2BR/2BR apartment (1000 sqft) that is shared with a chinese couple starting October 5 or sooner (move-in date negotiable).

Location: The apartment is located in Santa Clara, walking distance from Rivermark plaza which has Safeway, Peets Coffee, various restaurants, dry cleaners etc. It is a very quite and safe residential area, and it has easy access to 101, 237 and central expressway.

Apartment complex: The apartment complex (Mansion Grove, http://www.prometheusreg.com/san-francisco-properties/mansion-grove) is a professionally managed property that has very nice environment. The complex features a pool, onsite laundry facility, gym, yoga studio and it is a very safe community with gated access to the complex and parking lots. There is 24/7 maintenance service in the apartment complex, so if anything is broken or needs to get fixed, they come in by appointment and fix it for you at no cost.

The Apartment: You will share kitchen, living room and all the storage space with the couple who is living in the master bedroom. Both kitchen and living room are fully furnished: 60" smart HDTV, XBOX, couch, coffee table, dining table, dining chairs, microwave, oven, refrigerator etc., and the couple will be more than happy to share anything if you are gentle when using.

The room & bathroom: You will have your own bathroom and a bedroom (both unfurnished) with a walk-in closet (see the attached floorplan). The room is a heater wall unit, so you can adjust your room temperature however you want. The bedroom door can be locked from outside with a key, so you will be able to maintain full privacy whether you are at home or outside.

The couple you will live with: You will be living with a chinese couple who are in late-twenties and working professionals nearby. They are very easygoing, accommodating and open to discuss any concern at any time. I lived here for 2 years and they are truly great people: they are responsible people who really value trust among people living together. I enjoyed living with them, but I decided to move out to be closer to my new job (SF).

Rent: The monthly rent would be $1074 + utilities (gas, water, internet, renter's insurance, parking lot, garbage). The utilities are split in 1/3, and your portion of the utilities would range around $60-70. Definitely an EXCEPTIONAL deal considering the rising rent price in the bay area. If you decide to take this, we would ask you for the first month rent ($1074) to secure the room for you + apartment deposit ($200).

Length of stay: The minimum length of stay is 6 months (until March 2015), and you can discuss with the couple at that time whether you would like to renew the lease. The most ideal move-in date for you would be during the first weekend of October (10/5), but we can definitely discuss if you want to move in a couple of weeks sooner.

Roommate requirement: The couple has a preference for an asian female to share the apartment, who is also easy going,respectful and not afraid of communicate with them to maintain a good roommate relationship.
