Spacious house in Twin Peaks near the center of San Francisco. A 10 minute drive to Golden Gate Park and Irving Street (UCSF College Town) and a super nice Safeway is 5 minutes away. House is basically situated amongst the 1% - safe, quiet neighborhood with roads wide enough for street parking. So yeah, free street parking in SF.

The room available is the master bedroom that has it’s own bathroom. Kitchen is shared. And there’s a spacious basement that has enough space for 3 cars in it (but w/ the dope street parking situation we never really use it).

There are 5 dudes in the house, with careers ranging from Bartending to Satellite startup. One of the guys is moving out (got a job in LA) so we’re looking for a replacement ASAP. Ideally, you can move in in the next 2 weeks. Culture, fit is important but we’re not gonna be jerks about it - good community often depends on the individual not who you’re surrounded by, and that goes for us too.

House is on a month-to-month lease but we’re in good standing with the owner, especially since we got the house through a friend of a friend (friend of a grandfather to be more exact).
