Hi! One of the roommates in our rental house will be moving out on August 31. We are looking for a new roommate in our very new and very pretty house in Mountain View for Sept. 1.

Move-in Date: September 1, 2018 (potentially flexible). Will be required to sign lease until May 15, 2019.

Location: Halfway between Rengstorff and Shoreline; halfway between Central Expressway and Middlefield in Mountain View. Please email for exact address.

Room: $1100.
Shares a bathroom with 2 other roommates (2 males). Could be furnished or unfurnished (the roommate moving out has offered to leave all his furniture if desired).

Utilities: $80/month flat rate for water/utilities/gardening will be added to the rent.

Us: You will have 3 roommates. 2 of us work in science at Stanford, another 1 is an EMT. We are low-key but friendly and social. We spend a lot of time working, but enjoy chatting and catching up with each other in the common areas. In our free time, we might hang out, listen to music, have dinner with friends, watch Netflix, or go on outings.

You: Guy or girl, 20's-30's, student or professional. Friendly and respectful.

House habits: Keep the house clean by participating in chores (~10-20 minutes per week). Please no large, loud parties -- dinner with friends/low-key events are welcome.

Pets: no pets.

Neighborhood: quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to Safeway and Starbucks.

Parking: 2 cars can park in the driveway, and street parking is always available and safe.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the garage. Garage also has extra storage space.

Yard: Private garden in the back with fruit trees.
