20something female nurse looking for 1 or 2 housemates to share my 3bd/2.5ba townhome in Campbell, CA. Available July 11 at earliest.

Location:
Two quiet rooms in a beautifully remodeled home in Campbell's premier townhome community bordering Los Gatos. Walking distance to Downtown Campbell and Community Center. Less than ten minute drive to eBay, Santa Clara Valley Med, Trader Joes, and Santana Row. Great neighbors, very safe area.

Rooms:

Two rooms located on the second floor of the home. Each room is about 105 square feet in size and each contains a closet and dresser. West facing windows. The rooms are otherwise unfurnished -- each should fit comfortably a full sized bed and desk or queen-sized bed and side table. (Check out the photos for full floorplan!)

Each room is priced at $1100 per month plus utilities (house bill split three ways).

There is one additional parking space in front of the house available.

First months' rent and security deposit of one month's rent needed to move in ($2200 total).

Amenities:

There is a recently renovated full bath and linen closet on the second floor landing that will be shared between the two bedrooms. (The master-bathroom suite is separate so you will have lots of privacy!) High speed internet and regular cleaning service included in the utilities.

The renovations to the house are almost complete and, when finished in June you will get full use of the modern kitchen, laundry, furnished living room, patio, and use of townhome community pool. Bring your bathing suit!

A bit about me:

I just moved into the unit and am looking for two friendly, responsible, respectful housemates to share my home with.

I am a hardworking female nurse in my late 20s. Very laid back, friendly, fun. My interests include all outdoor sports (hiking, camping, etc.), traveling, and spending time with my friends. I like to go out dancing but never bring the party home -- (and am looking for the same in a roommate!)

As a nurse, I work every other weekend and some holidays -- long hours which means half the time you will have the house to yourself during the day, but half the nights I go to bed before 9pm and am therefore looking for someone who is okay with peace and quiet on those evenings :)

Who I am looking for:
Ideal housemates would be friendly, laid back, respectful, clean who have no issues paying their rent on time. Ideal situation for grad students or working professionals in their 20s or 30s who are looking for a quiet, relaxing, safe place to come home to after work/school.

Females are preferred. Sorry, no couples, smokers (of any kind), drugs, stay-over-*friends, or pets.
