Hi! All of my roommates in our rental house will be moving out this June for new jobs/relocation, etc. I'm looking for 3 roommates to share a very new and very pretty house in Mountain View.

Move-in: June 15, 2016. One year lease till June 15, 2017 will be required.

Location: Halfway between Rengstorff and Shoreline, and halfway between Central Expressway and Middlefield in MV. Please email me for exact address.

Rooms:

1. Room 1: $1200.
2. Room 2: $1200.
3. Room 3: $1100 (a slightly smaller room).
   Those three rooms will share a bathroom. They are unfurnished. (I will be in the master bedroom). $80/month flat rate for all water/utilities/gardening fees.

Me: Stanford postdoc in the Sciences, 32, female. I'm a low key but social roommate! I spend a lot of time in lab. But in my free time, I like to hang out, listen to or play music, have dinner with friends, watch Netflix, and go for hikes or live music.

You: Guy or girl, 20's-30's, student or professional. Friendly and respectful. Since it's important that we all enjoy each other's company, earlier roommates to sign on can have input on roommates to fill the remaining rooms.

House habits: Keep the house clean by participating in chores (~10-20 minutes per week). Preferably no giant keg parties or things of that type (dinner with friends/ low key events are welcomed).

Pets: no pets (unless it's a goldfish or something).

Neighborhood: quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to Safeway.

Parking: 2 cars can park in the driveway, and street parking is always available and safe.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the garage. Garage also has extra storage space.

Yard: Nice private garden in the back with fruit trees.
