Hi future roommates! We have a really sweet house with a few bedrooms opening up.

Location: This is a great location for anyone working in the tech companies around the valley. We're a quick 12 minute bike ride from apple, a 30 minute bike ride to Google (11 minute drive), a 18 minute drive to Stanford, and a 5 minute bike to the nearest in and out. We're walking distance to Heritage park. Its a nice area, and we dont have neighbors across the street which is a huge advantage.

The House: The house is a 6 bedroom house with lots of natural light, a lot of common area, an expansive kitchen, and an awesome backyard. Lots of space to work, chill out, hang out, and its the perfect place to have barbecues or invite friends over to hang out for a swim day.

The rooms: We have a few rooms available ranging from $950 - 1550/month depending on size, private bathroom, furnished/unfurnished, etc. The room for 1550 can be shared, but no couples in the other rooms since we ideally would have 7 people max in the house.

Roommates: We're really looking for someone who would be a good fit in the house. By living in this house, we aim to do more than just give you a place to sleep; this house is the perfect place to make new friends, network, and collaborate on ideas. We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality and open attitude. While things will always come up, we like things drama free :) Also we give bonus points to high achievers - most of the people in the house (and in the sister houses) work/study at Stanford or the tech companies nearby. :)

Logistics: We prefer long term leases, but we're open to short term leases as well. Furnished or Unfurnished options available. Utilities shared among housemates
