Full access to the kitchen, supplied with basic appliances including rice cooker, microwave, bowls, etc. On-site laundry, swimming pool, and driveway parking are available. 15 – 20 mins biking distance to Stanford, depending on where your dept. is. I can also lend my own bicycle to you if needed during the sublease period.

This is pretty much everything you need for an easy transition to U.S., suitable for incoming postdoc, visiting scholar or students.
