We are starting a new co-op in Palo Alto and are looking for housemates in a colorful, light-filled home who are excited to cook and eat together, create a vibrant community, and enjoy:

• Shared vegetarian dinners
• Shared grocery staples
• Ethic of egalitarianism, cleanliness, fairness, and sustainability -- we share chore duties and try to reduce our resource use
• Shaping the future of our co-op through active participation in consensus-based decision making
• Lively and open-minded conversation, nerding out, hiking and biking, game nights, nature excursions, jam sessions, and other laid-back fun
• Creating a hub for discussions, idea exchanges, skill shares, arts projects, events, readings, and creative collaborations
• Romping with our loveable mutt, Maggie

Current members include mathematicians, scientists, graduate students, poets, rock climbers, runners, readers, and travelers in mid-to-late 20s.

Spots available as of July 2:
$1100: small (100 sq ft) single occupancy bedroom with skylight
$1100: huge upstairs bedroom (275 sq ft), shared with 1 other occupant (male, Stanford grad student)
$2400: master bedroom (approx. 200 sq ft) with full private bathroom, intended for 1-2 occupants

In addition, there are rooms for sublet available July 2-Sept 2:
$1350: single occupancy bedroom (175 sq ft) with closet
$1450: large single occupancy bedroom with closet

First month and last month's rent + security deposit required.
