I have a room free in this great 3-bedroom townhome in Mountain View. It is in a housing development and you will have access to the pool and a hot tub. Dates are VERY flexible, we can do a yearly lease, or a 3-month lease. Of course, the longer you stay, the cheaper your rent would be.

• Close to 101, 85, 237, El Camino.
• 20 minutes from Stanford.
• Very close to a Light-Rail station, allowing transfers to Caltrain, which makes this a perfect choice for commuters.

Rent / Details:

• Start date: November 1st or later.
• Flexible - around $1100/month + utilities per room (negotiable)
• Probably a little more if your lease is short (around 3 months)
• Minimal kitchen use - good for cooking for yourself, not good for dinner parties (perfect if, like me, your work provides dinner)
• No smoking indoors - but surrounding area is very safe for walks at all hours

Room:

• You will be renting one or two (almost identical) bedrooms that share a common bathroom in the hall (pictured). They are a little larger than the average Stanford bedroom.
  -This room is currently furnished with a full-sized bed.

About me:

• I'm a Stanford Electrical Engineering alumni who graduated a few years ago (statistics support that I am male).
• I work at a technology company in the area, and so I'm rarely at home.
• When I am home, I love to cook and invite friends over for board games or video games.
• Actually, my partner and I are really into board games.
• I don't party much in the house (due to neighbors) itself but I do enjoy the SF nightlife.

About you:

• Interested in tech / somewhat of a geek (like me)
• Open minded
• Willing to provide references (mutual friends from Stanford would do)
• Responsible (i.e: willing to keep the floor free of scratches, pay rent on time... etc)
• No pets (sorry)
