Rent includes full use of kitchen and shared spaces (kitchen living room, outdoor areas). There's also both covered and outdoor parking available.

First month rent ($1100) + security deposit of one month's rent ($1100) - total $2200 required upon time of move-in. Room is available for move-in starting January 7th.

You'll be living with me, a 29 year old female professional working at a startup in Palo Alto, and another early 30 male newly graduated PhD student. We're looking someone friendly, responsible, respectful, and clean to join our space.
