• Off Farm Hill Rd. 2 min drive from I-280, 5 min to downtown Redwood City. Short drive to Stanford and Facebook.
• No smoking or cats. Dogs may be negotiable.
• Minimum 6 month lease; available now.
• Monthly rent $1100 + $150 flat rate utilities (includes Internet and house cleaning)

About us:
Roommate 1: female biochemist who works with robots at a startup
Roommate 2: male mechanical engineer who builds robots at a startup
Roommate 3: male UX designer at a large tech company (who occasionally works on robots too)
Roommates 1 and 3 are married and share the master bedroom.

All of us love doing DIY/hacker/design projects on weekends. We enjoy hanging out with each other and having friends over for BBQ and/or cocktails. Some genre of electronica is almost always playing in the living room.
