Hi!

We are looking to fill a cheap spacious, private, unfurnished room (145x110 inches or 14.5x9 feet) in Palo Alto at the beginning of March until August 15th (with the opportunity to renew the lease for another year). The room has its own door to a nice bathroom you will share with one other person, and it comes with a parking space under a roof. The room will come partially furnished (no bed), and the entire apartment is furnished.

For 1100/month (plus 50 dollars for utilities), you can live on Alma St., right off Oregon Express, a five minute walk to the California Ave. Caltrain Station, a 15 minute bike ride to Stanford's Campus, a 5-10 minute drive to the 101, and a 10-15 minute drive to the 280. There are also a ton of restaurants walking distance on CA ave, and downtown PA is a short bike ride, a shorter car ride, and a super cheap uber ride.

If you're the right person--girl, guy, or anything in-between--you will be living with three Stanford affiliated men (boys). Two are 21 year-old undergraduates, and one is a 23 year-old alum. Two of us are gay and the other is super cool! Hopefully, you are clean, respectful, and responsible. We are super chill--to a reasonable point--and easy to live with.
