Hey potential roommate! We are looking for new roommates for our Sunnyvale home. While the house and location are great, house culture is really why we love it. We are looking for cool, interesting, and respectful housemates to join our house culture and community. Move in Date: April 1st!

Location: In Sunnyvale!

• A few minutes driving to Google, Yahoo, LinkedIn, Apple, Intel, Applied Materials....
• Walking distance to park, trail and a small commercial plaza with many restaurants and an Asian grocery store.
• Easy biking distance to VTA Light Rail, Levi's Stadium and Mission College

In unit washing machine and Dryer. 2 refrigerators. Driveway spots and street parking

House:
6 bedroom 4.5 bath house

• Spacious living area (one living room, one family room, one breakfast nook)
• Big kitchen counters perfect for bar stools
• Built-in kitchen booth / nook with table
• Skylights in the kitchen and hall to help brighten the home

The rooms: Rooms range from $1000 for a shared bath and $1100-1250 for private bath.
Roommates: Culture and community are important to us. You will be living with respectful and like-minded young professionals who want to work hard and have a place to relax and socialize at home.
You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. We're looking for someone with a cooperative mentality and open attitude who can contribute to conversation and overall living experience. While it is inevitable that difficulties arise, we like things drama-free :)
We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. We'd rather have a room vacant than have a roommate that we feel would be better served in a different setting.
Logistics: Sign a short term 2 to 4 month lease initially, with the option to renew for a full year assuming everything is going well! Utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens is ready.
