The rent for the room is $1125 + utilities (Electric + Internet/TV, which run about $100/month for each person)

The room itself is 12' x 12' + a nice sized closet. The apartment is spacious, with a large living room, kitchen and dining area, along with a small balcony. There is a parking spot with the room, and ample street parking for guests. It is located @ Middlefield and Easy Street, with easy access to 101, 85 and 237.

About me and who im looking for - I'm a Stanford Alumni, in my early 30's, working in the tech industry. I enjoy surfing, snowboarding, rock climbing and board games. I am looking for either a Stanford alumni or phd student.
