We are looking for a clean and responsible person to share a 1200 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Your bathroom has a bath/shower and will be shared with one other person. Listed monthly rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, renter's insurance, and shared cleaning supplies. You will also be expected to provide a $175 deposit. No smoking please. The room is available June 24th.

Conveniently located halfway between 101 and 280 and close to 85 and 237, we are in a quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance to Caltrain, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, Safeway, CVS and a bunch of other stores and restaurants.

Your apartment mates will be 3 other young professionals in their 20s and two indoor cats. We have a diverse range of interests and enjoy hanging out with other thoughtful folks. If you are fond of kitties, board games, sustainable living, good (but not forced) conversation, and living with people who just want to be kind to each other, then perhaps you should come join us!
