10 x 15 ft private bedroom with 2 large closets for rent. Our house is 3 blocks from Castro Street and 4 blocks from the MV Caltrain Station. It's a 3-bedroom house with plenty of windows and natural lighting, 1.5 bathrooms, a generous kitchen, a spacious yard (perfect for someone who wants to garden), on-site washer and dryer, and 2 common rooms. The house is currently only partially furnished, so furniture is welcome.

Rent is $1140/month (and includes a covered parking spot), plus the cost of basic utilities and shared household expenses. We require a security deposit of $850, first and last month's rent, and a renter application. No pets, smoking, or drugs. Our neighborhood is safe and our neighbors are quiet. We are looking for a responsible, respectful, intelligent female roommate who communicates well and fits into our positive household dynamic.
