Available January 1st or possibly earlier. The room for rent is in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex. The house has one bathroom/ tub shower located in the hall bathroom that is to be shared with all housemates. The half bath is located in the master bedroom. You have access to kitchen, garage, and backyard. There is a BBQ grill in the backyard which is available for use as well. All utilities included in rent. However, there is no cable TV. You are more than welcome to have cable tv hooked up in your room. Wireless Internet is included. We have a washer and dryer in the garage that is available for use as well with no additional cost. There is a heater, but no AC. Excessive use of energy can cause for an additional charge to make up for the extra billed by PG&E.

*The bedroom measures out to 100 square feet and has a small walk-in closet.

*Rent is $1,150 per month. A $1,000 deposit is required at time of move in, along with $1,150 for first month's rent. Total move in cost is $2,150

*The room is furnished with bed, dresser, and desk.
