We have one bedroom available in a beautiful 3BR flat in Ashbury Heights, minutes from Haight street, Cole Valley downtown, and UCSF Parnassus. The two of us are recent stanford and princeton grads, now working at ucsf and google. We're looking for a third roommate starting in december.

• $1150 a month + 1/3 utilities + 1 month security deposit

• Lots of natural light (west-facing windows) and a good-sized closet. There's space for a bed & table but not too much more furniture.

• Great kitchen with new appliances: dishwasher, gas stove, disposal
• Laundry room Washer/dryer in apt
• Huge combined living room/dining room that opens to a small deck & yard
• Street parking nearby is surprisingly easy to find
