The place is a 3BR - I'm a Stanford grad student (male) as is the other housemate, but we're gender neutral. Two bathrooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer in house. We're easy if you need to move in a few days early and out a few days later - won't charge more than 1.5 times the monthly rent for the whole period. Can show it any day this week.
